Top supplier Russia ships record 1.17 million barrels/day of crude in December

India's overall crude imports rose 7% month-on-month to 4.6 million bpd. Imports from Iraq and UAE fell marginally, while those from Saudi Arabia rose marginally. US exports to India fell by a fifth.
