Andhra Pradesh High Court nullifies solar project tender including 600 Mw unit won by Adani Green Energy

Tata Power Renewable Energy had moved the HC challenging the RfS and PPA issued by the Andhra Pradesh Green Energy Corporation (APGECL) which was in contravention of the Electricity Act, 2003.
