India, South Africa have highest share of population below "economic empowerment" line among G20 nations: Report

Globally, about 4.7 billion people (60 percent of the global population) are not yet economically empowered. Of these, 3 billion live in the G20 economies. The gaps are most pervasive in India and South Africa.
