Citing existing contracts, Russia refuses oil to Pak at rate offered to India

The Russian refusal came during a recent meeting between the two sides in Moscow. Pakistan was represented at the talks by state minister for petroleum Musadik Malik, secretary petroleum Capt (retd) Muhammad Mahmood and other officials.
