As part of the Atmanirbhar Package of May 2020, Government of India has provided a scheme of Rs 1,25,000 crore to enable the discoms to retire their payment obligations until March 31, 2020. Therefore, once the past issue is resolved, we should be addressing the need for future sustainability.
