Bombay HC dismisses PIL to challenge the disinvestment of BPCL

Four PILs were filed by Federation of all Maharashtra Petrol Dealers Association, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (Refinery) Employees Union, Petroleum Employees Union and an individual Suresh Yashwant Pawar to challenge the November 20, 2019 decision of the government about the disinvestment of its stake in BPCL.
