Central panel to look into whether Andhra curtailed renewable power

The committee will comprise of technical experts from Central Electricity Authority (CEA) and Power System Operation Corporation (Posoco), the court said. “The state government cannot give direction to the discoms or to the generators to curtail electricity generation, because the price is high,” the court said in its order.
