NGT directs state PCBs to ensure scientific disposal of hazardous waste by oil refineries

During the inspection, it was found that, the IOCL Panipat, HPCL Bhatinda and IOCL Digboi, are not maintaining packaging and labelling of hazardous and other waste, the committee said.
