Japan's Orix Corp to invest $980 million in Greenko Energy at $5.75 billion valuation

The investment will be through a combination of primary and secondary sale of shares, valuing Greenko at $5.75 billion, making it the second-most valued green energy company after Adani Green Energy Ltd.
