Oil prices set for biggest weekly drop since 2008

Brent crude was up $1.24, or 3.7 per cent on the day, at $34.46 per barrel by 14075 GMT after rising earlier by over 7 per cent. They were still 24 per cent lower on the week - the biggest weekly drop since December 2008
