Kalpataru Power to sell 3 transmission projects to CLP India for enterprise value Rs 3,275 crore
As a part of the deal, KPTL will sell three assets- Kalpataru Satpura Transco Private, Alipurduar Transmission and Kohima Mariani Transmission.
