ONGC’s $1.7 billion deep sea award perks up oilfield services market

ONGC expects to start producing gas by December 2019 and oil by March 2021. Total peak gas production rate is projected at 16 million cubic meters per day and peak oil output is pegged at 80,000 barrels a day.
