​The ministry, in a written reply to an email sent by ETEnergyWorld seeking comments on the expected increase in tariffs due to the inclusion of solar cells in ALMM List-II, said that the MNRE had circulated a draft regarding ALMM for solar PV cells and had sought stakeholder comments thereupon till 21 Oct 2024.

Two Adani firms sign pacts with MSEDCL to supply 6,500 MW power

Two Adani Group firms Adani Power and Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Five Limited will supply about 6,500 MW of power to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company as part of agreements. In a regulatory filing, Adani Power Ltd said it has signed an agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company to supply nearly 1,500 MW of power.

Kangra district to establish model solar village under Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Scheme
